Why is Export button disabled when there are exceptions?

The export button will temporarily be disabled if the rule is executed via Scheduler. If you schedule a rule and there are exceptions in run result, this means you can download exception report but for the scheduled rules, it takes a few minutes to process the report. Till that time the export button will be disabled. When the report is processed, the export button gets enabled and the link to download it will be sent via an email as well.
