Edge Gateway Status Values

There are 3 possible states for the Edge Gateway Server (SAWS):

RED: When all listed web services are not running.
ORANGE: When some of the listed web services are running and some are not. (Uncommon, since most customers have a single web service.)
GREEN: When all of the listed web services are running. (Most common!)

There is a related situation when the client IP address is not white-listed. In this case the user will not be able to see the status of the web service at all.

WARNING: Status of the web service is unknown.  You must add your IP to the white list to be allowed access to the web service.
