If I run a rule and immediately click on Cleanse to open workbench. I notice that the Write-back shows as disabled, even though I have it enabled. Additionally, my old cleansing audit trail shows up. If I want for a few seconds after running the rule and open it, I don't see the above issues. Why?
Reason: The Cleansing data is generated asynchronously after audit execution. For this reason, there will be a few seconds lag between rule execution being complete and exception cleansing information being loaded. This is usually not an issue most of the time, when rule is run in background since by the time user is notified of rule completion and he/she logs in to resolve, the exception data has been loaded.
